A Little About Me

I’ve always loved people and babies, and being invited to support a family as they welcome a little one means so much to me! I started Mama’s Doula Co. to offer warm, personal support—the kind that makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and never rushed.

While welcoming your baby is a big part of what we’re preparing for, my focus is on you, mama. Your comfort, your wishes, and your experience matter. I’m here to offer encouragement, help you understand your options, and support you in asking questions and speaking up for what you need.

My approach is trauma-informed, with respect for your boundaries and choices. That means asking before offering hands-on support, listening without judgment, and letting you decide what you feel comfortable sharing. Getting to know you helps me offer support that feels right for you.

Becoming a doula is the beginning of a career I hope to spend caring for mothers and families. I plan to continue my education to become a certified nurse-midwife, with the goal of opening a freestanding birth center in our rural hometown. Our community means a great deal to me, and I’m excited to begin that work with the families I serve today!

Welcoming birth doula clients for January 2027 and beyond. Serving families in Walker, Winston, and Cullman counties.
